Depending on the level of experience, the successful candidate will be involved in the below tasks with an increasing level of responsibility:
Perform market, company, financial and valuation analyses in the context of Nordic, French and international cross-border M&A transactions
Prepare client presentations and M&A pitches, typically in cooperation with other GIB teams (e.g.
industry groups, ECM, geographic teams) as well as with Client Coverage and other product lines of the bank
Be a key team member in day-to-day transaction execution work, with frequent client interaction and responsibility for specific project tasks and work streams
Training and coaching of junior team members, and participation in the recruitment process
2-5 years of relevant work experience in investment banking / corporate finance with a focus on M&A origination and execution, and with experience from main transaction work streams (valuation, documentation, process etc.)
Strong academic record and a Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent from top-ranked university or business school
