The Business Analyst is in charge of gathering and analyzing the business requirements, writing functional specifications and overall maintaining and building the TSN (Transaction Social Network) application in coordination with other delivery team member inside the CMT (Cash Management Transformation) Program.
CMT program (Cash Management Transformation) is at the heart of the Cash Management transformation program and is strategic for the bank.
Main driver of the project is business development which will enable Transaction Banking Business to double its NBI by 2025.

Responsible for all analysis of functional requirements:
Ensures functional consistency with in the application and across the program
Appropriateness of the functional solution according to functional architecture guidelines and business drivers and/or requirements
Evaluation of alternative solutions and provide recommendations
Responsible for functional requirements documentation and functional testing:
Works with the BAs in Paris and Product Owner to write down User Stories or detailed functional specifications
Works together with the developers to explain the user stories and helps to clear the doubt and acts as the contact point for functional requirements
Works with the Product Owner to write down the use case and testing scenarios
Converts the testing scenarios in to automated test cases using cucumber
Monitors and maintains the automated test cases to ensure the test coverage is good
Works with other application BA to write and execute the integration test scenarios
Continuous Improvement and Coordination:
Coordinate with other development teams in order to optimise the global roadmap and associated constraints
Coordinate with the integration team in order to align strictly the development from the point of view of integration tests with in applications.
Ensures continuous improvement of functional requirements and test strategy
Organize and perform coaching to the team members to ensure continuous improvement
Propose and implement local tooling/processes improvement when necessary

Relevant experience in banking environment

Bachelor Degree or equivalent in related field
