The Consolidation Manager will work for a family office based in Monaco.
Reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with the finance team based in Monaco, the Consolidation Manager will be in charge of the consolidation process and reporting for the Group.
Specific responsibilities of the team include (but not restricted to):
• Coordinate the preparation, compilation and review of diverse financial reports on a routine basis ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and IFRS regulatory requirements;
• Provide the management with consolidated statements;
• Monitor accounting for unusual or complex accounting transactions;
• Assist with various projects as assigned by direct Manager.
The Consolidation Manager must have a Master's degree in accounting or finance and be a qualified accountant (ACA, CA, CPA or ACCA). It is also necessary to have at least 6 years of relevant work experience in an audit firm and as an Accountant/Consolidator within a well-established firm. The role requires to be fluent in English and have strong accounting, consolidation and IFRS knowledge and practice as well as workflow analysis and internal accounting controls.
