Purpose: To take responsibility and act as the focal point for all customer questions or concerns to ensure timely and accurate answers are provided for the customer. Provide a "Right First Time Customer Service"

SHIFT PATTERN : 4 on 4 off (6am - 6pm)

Specific Qualifications/Job Training

* GCSE/NVQ standard. Experience of working at a similar level.

Specific Key Accountabilities

* Manager customer accounts. Be responsible for ensuring customers are kept informed at all times throughout their experience with the company.
* Investigate and solve customer issues which may be complex or long-standing issues.
* Ensure all discrepancies are dealt with and entered onto the computer system
* Priorities all work to ensure accuracy. Liaise with drivers are the beginning and end of the day to ensure all work has been done and that no deliveries have been missed.
* Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers ensuring all paperwork in office matches correctly. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
