Office / administrative assistant - m/f - 100% H/F

Our client is a company from the financial sector in the Geneva area.

You will be in charge of the reception

- incoming phone calls and daily emails management

- guest welcoming

- front office supplies management

- archiving, scanning

You will also

- assist your team for various administrative duties

- produce reports, presentations and briefs about financial investments

- take care of the documents lay out

- manage expenses reports

- support the team for daily financial administrative tasks

- work closely with the accounting team

You are bilingual both in French and English - C1 Level required

You have a prior experience within a corporate services company

You have :

- a background in compliance, legal and/or finance

- a previous experience as Receptionist / Administrative Assistant and/or Junior Trust Officer Assistant

- at least 3-5 years of experience within a similar environment

- excellent internal and external communication skills

- outstanding organizational and time management skills

- attention to detail, very meticulous

- IT skills (MS Office)

You are :

- bilingual in French and English - C1 level required

- loyal with a high sense of confidentiality

- able to multitask and work under pressure

- a self driven person with an entrepreneurial mindset
