The main responsabilities of the PMO will be to identify, capture and track progress/ risks/ issues / financials at programmes and project level; follow up on dependencies between projects, provide transparency and synthesis to the leadreship team; maintain the initiative portfolio roadmap, the initiative management tool, produce the regular internal reporting and carry out the Financial control on projects expenditure.
- Assist the business manager in the cost follow up and budget analysis; The Boards preparation and the creation of members reporting.
- Support the business manager and the project manager in maintaining Financial control and systems for recording, monitoring, forecasting and budgeting of all project expenditure.
- Track and monitors progress of all orders coming into the project office and coordinate delivery date and timeline exécution.
- Fully support infrastructure and build projects including administration, organisation of projects meeting and minutes.

* English fluent
* 3 years experience as PMO
* Knowledge of Financial services /capital market
* Experienced in using desktop tool Excel, Power Point, MSP..
