Euro Private Equity (“Euro-PE”) is the affiliate of the Natixis Group dedicated to Private Equity funds investment in Europe. Euro-PE offers a large range of services from advising on portfolio construction to managing of fully discretionary separate accounts and fund of funds.
Based in Geneva, Paris and Luxembourg, Euro-PE manages more than €2.6bn across all private assets classes (Buyout, Growth, Venture, Turnaround, Infrastructure and Mezzanine), either through primary and secondary commitments and co-investments:
    •  Primary commitments: investing in newly formed funds
    • Secondary commitments: acquiring existing investors’ interest in Private Equity funds
    •  Direct co-investments: making direct and minority investments in companies alongside leading Private Equity funds
This is a unique opportunity to gain a meaningful experience in the European Private Equity space, while being involved in all aspects of the investment process. You will join a highly-motivated team within a human-sized and dynamic environment.

Main responsibilities:
    • Assist the investment team with the analysis of investment opportunities : financial and strategic analysis, due diligences and investment memos preparation
    • Carry out research and mapping of diverse Private Asset markets (Buyout, Venture Capital, Mezzanine, and Infrastructure), and identification of potential investments for this specific investment program
    • Monitor international Private Equity funds and participate in reporting activities
    • Support the team in its day to day activities

• Strong academic record
    • Financial analysis and modeling acumen
    • Previous work experience from internships in finance favorable (ideally private equity; however other backgrounds may be considered)
    • Proficiency in English and in French
    • High degree of professionalism as well as strong drive and commitment
    • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
    • Ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team
