Uae national - executive assistant - government H/F

Swisslinx Executive Search has been mandated to source an experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO - UAE / Emirati national for our prestigious client, a UAE government entity. This role will be permanently based in Dubai.

The job responsibilities will include:

• First point of contact for the CEO’s office
• Taking care of all administrative and organisational tasks related to the daily activities of the CEO
• Extensive schedule management
• Looking after travel arrangements, expenses, daily, incoming emails and calls
• Coordinating with other departments on behalf of the CEO

The successful candidate should have the following skills:

• 4+ years of experience as an executive assistant at C level (ideally having supported a CEO before)
• UAE National / Emirati
• Excellent command with Microsoft Office tools
• English at a an excellent level
• University Degree
