Digital strategy and data manager H/F

The Harry Potter Global Franchise Development team is a corporate group based in both London and Burbank, charged with high level management of the relationship with J.K. Rowling and delivery of a one-company, lifecycle marketing approach to the management of the Harry Potter franchise globally. Our objective is to inspire and enable sustained business, brand and revenue growth for the Harry Potter franchise and its related properties.

Develop an expert understanding of all Potter-related properties, including knowledge of the related rights and franchise sensitivities especially with regards to the digital landscape in order to be an enabler and source of guidance for all related contacts.

� Drive the divisions understanding of best-in-class digital marketing, the global product and platform landscape and competitor activity.

� Support the development of international digital marketing and eCommerce strategies that align with the global franchise plan and leverage available data, working closely with WB Divisions as required. Particular focus in China and Japan � other territories to be defined.

� Offer expertise in data strategy to franchise stakeholders and the wider business (for example providing data insights across platforms, SEO expertise, media buys and brand safety insights)

� Develop key relationships with WB Digital, DMP and Consumer Insights team and connect the work of these teams within the Studio with franchise activity

� Support enterprise-level digital conversations with partners such as Google, and drive best practice communications and planning tools

� Manage ad-hoc projects related to the development of the digital ecosystem

� Manage research projects into new tech opportunities, focused on the VR/ AR landscape, competitors and recent industry insights.

� Digital experience either within a digital specialist, media agency or client including thorough knowledge of website development, CRM and global data strategies

� Experience in a strategic function providing insights to a decision making / executive team

� Experience delivering complex international digital strategy plans for local market territories, preferably with experience in Asian markets

� Experience in developing digital strategy within entertainment / broadcasting sector or for a large global brand

� Experience managing multiple complex stakeholders with a high level of emotional intelligence and a demonstrated ability to work well across key partners

� Extremely effective and tactful communication skills both written and verbal

� Demonstrable existing familiarity with the Wizarding World franchise (books, films, products) would be a benefit
