Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessaryManage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointmentsPrepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and formsFile and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partnersDevelop and maintain a filing systemCheck frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders

Make travel arrangements

Document expenses and hand in reportsUndertake occasional receptionist duties, greeting clients

We are looking for a polyvalent Office Assistant 60% - Excellent ENG level
