As part of the creation of a new family office in Monaco, our client is currently looking for a Personal Assistant to support several family members.
You will be responsible for :
? Diary management,
? Making travel arrangements, creating an organized schedule for the family, assist with special projects and special events, and maintain and track expenses,
? Producing comprehensive, accurate itineraries ; handling last minute on-the-road changes, visa management,
? Extensive telephone contact - be effective in remote work,
? Accurate and prompt reconciliation of expenses, invoices, insurance cost - and negotiate if necessary,
? Growing and maintaining the personal and professional network of the family,
? Overseeing maintenance and preservation of personal property of the family,
? Being the unique interface for all suppliers and external contacts, both in Monaco and abroad.
You have the ability to work in a fast environment, excellent interpersonal skills, excellent organisational skills, the ability to multi-task and strong technology skills and highly proficient in all Microsoft Office software and communication tools.
Yous are pro-active, have the ability to think 2 steps ahead at all times and to work on your own initiative, are flexible with a service oriented attitude.
You are bilingual in english and french.
Position will require to travel in Switzerland during some months (most of winter season).
