Based in London, Arax specialises in Pan-European Commercial Real Estate Investment and Asset Management. It currently has in excess of EUR 500m of assets under management, and focuses on its core markets of France, UK, Germany and Switzerland.
Arax Properties was founded in 2005 to focus opportunistically on European commercial and residential assets. Currently, Arax operates over EUR 500m of assets across Europe.
Arax combines proprietary financial and strategic analysis with on-the-ground operational skills and local knowledge. It has built a number of successful joint ventures with well-established institutional investors.
Arax primarily targets core plus and value add transactions in excess of EUR 30m, with special emphasis on Germany, the UK, France and Italy, leveraging its extensive network of contacts.
