General tasks:

· Communication with and assistance to clients, Business Lines and processing platform

· Due diligences at transaction opening: KYC, Power and signatures, Trade pattern form, RMA, risk authorization line

· Pricing requests

· Issuance of the request form and Log in TI+

· Registration of mitigants in Uniorf/ registration of Syndication risk in Uniorf

· Monitoring of acquisition channels to proceed in due time to the log and production allocation to the platform

· Handle financing outside TI+

· Management of original documents

· Handle some specific client requirements in french for reporting for exemple

· Support platform in the escalation process when need be to get the proper approval

· Contribute to nostro reconciliation and internal account reconciliation

· Contribute to default payment management

· Keep a clear and workable dashboard for transaction monitoring and processing with the platform

De formation Bac+3 minimum, vous avez une première expérience dans le Trade finance. Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office.

Un bon niveau d'anglais est requis pour ce poste.
