Swisslinx is seeking a HR assistant for one of our clients, one of the worlds largest financial advisory groups for the office in Zurich.
This is a contract role to start immediately until end of May 2019.
-Responsible for the on-boarding process and setting up the personnel file as well as the off-boarding process
-Issuing notice of resignation and notice of termination letters
-In charge of final certificates as well as work confirmations in German and English
-Issuing contracts and documentation to new members
-Processing accident reports and sick leaves
-Commercial education or HR diploma
-Fluency in German and ENGLISH
-Proficiency in MS, Excel and Power Point
-Strong communication skills to all levels within the organization
-Can-do attitude, flexible and with the initiative to improve processes and services
