Learning co-ordinator/telephony/customer service H/F

The Co-ordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of scheduled training events (open) and off portal events (closed). This will include liaising and booking with suppliers, confirming venues, arranging printing, communicating attendees and monitoring fill rates.

Deliverables

* Coordination and ownership of scheduled training events
* Appropriate handling of learners and suppliers queries and complaints by phone or email, in line with the agreed SLA and Quality framework
* Effective customer service and relationship management
* Operational administrative duties to include, booking and confirmation of the events
* Monitor event fill rates
* Identify and report any potential issues
* Maintain personal compliance of Operational and Regulatory risk
* Ensure all requirements are adhered to through compliance with all appropriate policies and procedures

Essential Experience

* Minimum of 2 years' experience of effective relationship management
* Articulate in both written and verbal communication
* Working knowledge of MS office- Excel, Word and Outlook
* IT literate, proven experience of working with multiple systems
* Has worked successfully in a target driven environment
* Proven ability to take ownership of issues

Desirable Experience

* Experience of working in an operational / contact centre environment
* Wider windows-based applications
