Project manager / change manager for the sourcing and procurement department H/F

Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank’s Global Sourcing & Procurement team (GSP) in the Americas is seeking a recent college graduate for a VIE position who has experience in Project Management, Change management, data analysis and presentations.

GSP covers a broad range of processes across the bank.
Main areas of focus are on IT procurement, sourcing of contractors and consultants, vendor risk management, software license management, market data management, corporate travel policy, subscription management.
Missions / Contents of the jobs:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong initiative, willing to learn, strong excel and access skills and presentation skills, capacity to understand and explain complex processes.

Main responsibilities and duties include :
1. Ensure the success of major GSP projects by securing user adoption.
Project change management provides the specific strategies, plans, actions and steps that focus on impacted employees and work in alignment with a project deployment.
This method can be applied on tools and process like vendor management, e-procurement, corporate travel, etc.
2. Assisting corporate travel analytics (Working on reports for travels and entertainment expenses). 
o Analysis of opportunities (estimated savings) to renew or sign new contract with airlines for travels (airlines companies/hotels...) Assist project managers in defining and implementing the best approach for managing the impact of process or tool evolution
o Creating senior level presentation
3. Assisting other team members in their usage or the source-to-contract tool
4. Participating in the creation of automation tools, database and reporting
5. Preparing and executing the communication projects related to the procurement department
o Identify the specific strategies, actions and steps in alignment with a project deployment
o Plan how and when the changes will be communicated, organize and deliver the communications messages
o Share best practices used in other places (Paris, London, Singapore)
o Report improvement plan, issues and proposed solutions
o Understand sourcing and procurement stakes, understand current maturity of users and processes
o Work with all sourcing team members as well as all relevant stakeholders (HR, GIT, Security, Compliance, Legal, Finance) to define the priori
