Regional business analyst (m/w) H/F

Our client is a manufacturing company with presence in more than 30 countries. They have an established footprint and looking for a new team member for their finance team.

Reporting to the Finance Director Europe your main responsibilities will be:

Produce monthly reports with insight, analysis and actions required to drive sales and fixed costs performanceTrack Sales Performance and assist Sales ManagersReview Fixed Costs on a monthly basis and investigate variancesEstablish a Regional Scorecard with KPI's to include Key Sales Measures, identify key criteria, reporting frequency and measure with monthly updatesParticipate in European strategic projects and ensure the business analysis (Customer, Pricing, Sales analysis)Act as a key contact to important projects and external auditorsAssist with regular reviews and updates of Process Documentation (SOX internal Audits) and ensure remediation for any controls deemed ineffective.Ensure all Sales Contracts are centrally listed and validated and ensure compliance with SOX, and Legal requirementsEnsure data is processed in SAP, manage accruals on regular basis and adjust as necessary liaising with Sales for adjustments

International manufacturing player with possibilities to senior mgt exposure

Analytical finance professional with the ability to support the business.

Degree in Finance & Controlling and at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position within an international and multicultural environment

Proven understanding of business activities, reporting and operationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDetail oriented with capacity to see the big picture

Team player attitude with the capability to work in a dynamic environment

Strong organisational and time management skillsExcellent oral and written English, any other European language is an asset
