Reporting administrator (associate) H/F

Key Responsibilities:

·         Managing and preparing the entry of various deal awards for the ABS/Term business.
Coordinate with Brazil & Europe.
·         Preparation and maintenance of the Securitization Conference brochure, which are distributed to investors and clients at the annual ABS conferences.
·         Quarterly tombstones and auto ABS leagues tables for London team.
·         Quarterly townhall presentations
·         Ad hoc presentations to internal and external teams / individuals.
·         Production of virtually all internal and external reports for the group which include: investor and rating agency reports for the conduit as well as other reports covering large obligors, average life, as well as P&L, asset and liability reports among others.
·         Report daily and weekly to upper management on new activity and deal status in the pipeline as well as department activity.
·         Regulatory filing including IFRS 10-12, ESMA, and quarterly Secured filing.
·         Compile deal data for annual projections / expectations twice a year including yearend budget bricks.
·         Report / update Client live data – for budget purposes.
·         Bi-weekly budget reporting.
·         Budget reconciling across systems and departments.
·         Reconcile internal systems data points – Compliance database, SIS, Altar, Omega, etc.
·         Generate fee/settlement memos for ACBS deals
·         Assist with the submission of business pipeline memos
·         Reconcile and review monthly the RWA data for risk reporting.
·         Assist with internal/external audit, as needed.
·         Responding to inquiries on the portfolio for special presentations to senior management, clients and investors, as needed.
·         Daily update of the flash database from the MAM report
·         Back up on several reporting functions
·         Production of investor and rating agency report
·         Updating procedures as necessary but at least on an annual basis
Skills required
·         Excel mastery (including Vlookup, pivot tables, data manipulation)
·         Basic knowledge of MS Access, Power Point and relational databases
·         Understanding of financial data and financial terms used in Securitization
