Summary of the position:
Responsible for the development and maintenance ACCEPT and ROC.
Main responsibilities:
Development and enhancement ACCEPT and ROC.
Maintain and support ACCEPT and ROC.
Main duties details:
Develop and enhance ACCEPT and ROC:
Liaise with product owners and IT business lines for clarification and understanding of requirements / user stories.
Draft functional specifications / user stories and solutions in collaboration with technical IT specialists and present functional aspects/impacts of changes/evolutions to the stakeholders.
Plan, follow and validate the developed applications.
Perform functional testing, integration testing and other testing if required.
Perform user story review and validation for other team members.
Deliver fully tested products on-time and with quality up to production deployment.
Prepare and conduct demonstration of developed products.
Support the technical development team on functional aspects.
Keep up to date detailed functional documentation.
Maintain and support ACCEPT and ROC:
Perform level 3 support of applications in production.
Analyze and evaluate the bugs as raised by first and second level support.
Coordination with support team and technical team to investigate the bugs.
Make sure it works (re-rested) in continuous integration environment.
Update acceptance criteria’s or cucumber feature file (test automation) to ensure the robustness of the fix.
Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities:
Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the Singapore Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time
Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role.
Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.
Secondary duties:
Serving as backup person for absent ACCEPT and ROC team member, when required.
Other duties may be assigned.

•Self-sufficient and pro-active in sourcing information

•Strong sense of confidentiality

Degree in related field
