Summary of the position:
The position requires a sound technical knowledge to ensure that the delivered solution answers the business’ needs – enhancements, maintenance tasks and bug fixes intended for the Banking Applications / Portal serving Corporate Clients.

Main responsibilities:
Develop solutions for web and batch applications
Join and lead workshops to prepare detailed estimates
Join and lead grooming sessions to prepare technical design
Ensure Code quality, delivery and maintenance
Perform Unitary test and Code/Peer Reviews
Support Production – L3
Handle Technical test activities (including Integration and UAT)
 
Legal and Regular Responsibilities:
Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the Singapore Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time
Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role.
Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.
Main duties details:
Technical Analysis, Development and Testing
Convert Functional Specifications to Technical Specifications
Convert User Stories to Technical Stories if applicable
Assist Functional team members in all development related activities
Conduct integration testing before handing over product for UAT
Provide technical support during UAT
Assist Technical Leader
Maintenance and support
Provide L3 technical support for applications under responsibility
Analyse and resolve tickets raised by end-users in production environment
Analyse enhancement requests as prioritized by business for live applications under responsibility and provide IT inputs
Build and repository management
Release Deployment management
Assist L1/L2 support to improve support quality over time
Technical Documentation
Prepare and maintain technical documents (PAD, GAD, Code Checklist and other standard documents)
Co-ordination and communication
Coordinate with other developers and business analysts as needed to deliver solutions on time and with good quality
Coordinate with Information Security, Infrastructure and IT Ops teams
Organize meetings on any technical topics under control as needed
Provide consultancy to managers, developers and other team members
Secondary duties:
Ensure a technical watch and organize knowledge sharing within the team and junior developers
Other duties may be assigned.
