Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist projects on technical matters to address needs of the client and other stakeholders.
- Serve as the technical lead and key point of contact for the design of complex information technology solutions.
- Serve as the key technical point of contact in developing the technical solutions in response to Request for Proposals (RFPs).
- Participate in pre-marketing activities and the writing of proposals.
- Develop and present technical white papers and solution presentations.
- Work closely with Financial Services V.P. for Technology, Operations management and staff, and the Technical Solutions and Strategy team to provide guidance and ensure adequate design for meeting Financial Services' business objectives and strategy.
- Serve as liaison between the business (functional) and technology staff to clarify system requirements for proposed solutions.
- Assist in phases of the life-cycle development process as required.
- Prepare and review technical documentation as required.
- Assist projects on technical matters to address needs of the client and other stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Minimum Requirements:
- Directs and controls the activities of one or more functional areas, divisions, product groups or service areas through senior managers who have overall responsibility for the successful operation of those assigned areas.
- Consistently works with abstract ideas or situations across functional areas of the business.
- Through assessment of intangible variables, identifies and evaluates fundamental issues, providing strategy and direction for major functional areas.
- Requires in-depth knowledge of the functional area, business strategies, and the company's goals.
- Interacts internally and externally with executive level management, requiring negotiation of extremely critical matters.
- Influences policymaking.
- Reports to VP level.
